Representatives from the North and Central America regional service center networks met in Orlando, Florida. Service Centers Excel, Earn Top Performer Accolades Carrier's Top Performer recognition program uses an objective measurement tool that helps service centers develop their businesses in the ways that matter most to customers, with metrics for customer satisfaction, employee development, market knowledge and product support, as well as business planning. During regional service center meetings in 2016, the latest Top Performers from the Asia region and North and Central America were recognized. Asia Leaving their ports behind, 84 representatives from 49 service centers in Asia ventured inland to the city of Kunming, China, for their regional meeting, where TRG Eastern Co. Ltd. of Samutsakorn, Thailand, was named Top Performer. "TRG Eastern is not afraid to change," said Lee Hai Kuan, regional service manager, Asia Operations. "It stays one step ahead by constantly assessing the ever-changing environment and focusing on how best to step up service offerings and use its technical expertise and internal processes to exceed customers' expectations." Asia had multiple winners in several categories. Recognized as Top Performers for Customer Satisfaction were Reefertec Pte. Ltd. of Singapore and S&T Contemp Co. Ltd. of Bangkok, Thailand. Top Performers in Employee Development were Eastern (1961) Co. Pte. Ltd. of Singapore and Tianjin Yuanchang Reefer Container Service Co. Ltd. of Tianjin, China. Qingdao Xin Sanly Reefer Container Technical Co. Ltd. of Qingdao, China, and Yong Moon Co. Ltd. of Busan, South Korea, were named Top Performers for Replacement Components, while Xiamen Xiangyu Singamas Container Co. Ltd. of Xiamen, China, achieved Top Performer for Service Programs. The following three service centers were recognized as Most Improved: Binakon Sendirian Berhad of Port Klang, Malaysia, Greating Fortune (Shanghai) Container Service Co. Ltd. of Shanghai, China, and Sinotrans Xiamen Greating- Fortune Refrigeration Engineering Co. Ltd. of Xiamen, China.
