Welcome Aboard North and Central America The North and Central America regional service center attendees set an attendance record at their Orlando, Florida, meeting with nearly 100 representatives from 60 service centers in 15 countries. Accolades were presented to six service center operations, including Top Performer ConGlobal Industries. "With six locations in the United States, ConGlobal has been a steady performer for the last five years," said Jeff Neuss, sales manager, Container Aftermarket Parts – Americas. "ConGlobal provides exceptionally strong customer support with in-house service processes and procedures that meet Carrier Transicold's high quality standards." Two other service centers based in the United States tied as Top Performers in the Customer Care category: International Refrigeration Support of Wilmington, California, and Transport Refrigeration Inc. of Jacksonville, Florida. Also recognized were Corporacion T.C. Servicios Internacionales S.A. of Costa Rica for Programs and Warranty Support, and RAVA Group Container Services Inc. of Medley, Florida, for Parts Support. Illinois Transport Inc. of Chicago, Illinois, was recognized for Product Support and as the first service center in North America to achieve CareMAX ™ program recognition.
