ContainerLINE 2016 | Top Service Top Service Center Performers Named in EMEAR and Oceania Regions A distinguishing characteristic of Carrier Transicold's Authorized Service Providers network is its dedication to exceptional customer service and continuous business improvement. One of the leading ways Carrier Transicold helps to guide service centers in their ongoing quest to optimize customer satisfaction is through the Top Performer recognition program. At separate service meetings in 2015, the latest Top Performers were recognized for our Europe, Middle East, Africa & Russia (EMEAR) and Oceania regions. EMEAR H.C.C.R. GmbH of Hamburg, Germany, was named Top Performer for the EMEAR region. H.C.C.R. demonstrated all-around excellence in customer satisfaction, employee development, market knowledge, business planning and replacement components sales, according to Shaun Bretherton, regional service engineering manager, EMEAR. H.C.C.R. was also one of the first service centers to be recognized by the Carrier Transicold CareMAX ™ program for excellence in refrigerant handling. Also at the EMEAR service meeting, which was held in Barcelona, Spain, additional accolades were given to Seamark Reefer Service B.V. of Rotterdam, Netherlands, for Best Service Support; Pentalver Ltd., Southampton, U.K., for Most Improved Service; Depot Zona Franca S.A. of Barcelona, Spain, for Carrier Parts Sales; and Arkas Lojistik S.A. of Izmir, Turkey, for Good Business Practices. Oceania The Oceania regional service meeting was held in Rotorua on New Zealand's North Island. Recognized were: JPC Reefer Services of Sydney, Australia, for Customer Satisfaction; CRM Refrigeration Pty.
