TechLINE ® Academy Online Courses Now Available in Spanish In its continuing effort to provide the best portfolio of container refrigeration products, service and technical support, Carrier Transicold has expanded the TechLINE ® Academy online training program with a complete new set of modules, this time in Spanish. "Carrier Transicold has always supported multiple languages for our instructor-led training, and our recently created online training program enables us to reach technicians who previously had been unable to attend the traditional classroom training," said Thomas Graf, global training manager, Container Service, Carrier Transicold. "The next logical step for the online training program was to broaden accessibility by adding languages beyond English. Just as we added Chinese language modules in 2018, we were pleased to expand our programs with a Spanish set for 2019." The eight core online course modules, which can be completed individually or as a package, create a path to achieve an Associate certificate from Carrier Transicold. Three elective courses further expand technicians' learning opportunities. "The continuing goal of TechLINE Academy is to help technicians better understand how to service and maintain the equipment to ensure it continues to reliably perform the vital function of protecting refrigerated cargo," Graf said.
