The South America Service Center event took place in Santiago,
Chile, in July. A total of 46 employees from 22 service centers
attended, joined by Carrier Transicold guests from Central and
North America, with representation from 13 countries in total.
An extended three-day meeting format allowed more time for
service center recognition and presentations about the container
refrigeration business and technology. A day was also dedicated
to tours of the Carrier Transicold parts depot located in San
Antonio and the Sitrans service depot in Valparaiso.

In May, more than 90 EMEA authorized service provider
representatives and members of their Carrier Transicold
support team gathered in Rome for a two-day conference.
They discussed shipping container refrigeration advancements,
including equipment technology developments and
environmentally sustainable refrigerants. Five service centers
were recognized for exceptional performance.
