6 Chongqing, China, hosted the recent Asia-Pacific regional service center meeting. World-Class Service Centers Recognized Around the Globe Designed to promote the highest levels of service and business success, Carrier Transicold's Top Performer program uses customer- focused metrics that help service centers achieve meaningful results. The top achievers are honored during regional meeting events. In September, 95 representatives from 56 service providers in the Asia-Pacific region gathered in Chongqing, China. Judging the Top Performer finalist category was more challenging than usual due to two exceptional and worthy candidates, each showing strengths in different areas, with both conveying equally high levels of commitment and creativity and a clear understanding of the importance of a customer-first mindset. In the end, two Top Performers were chosen. The theme continued with multiple winners in each of the other recognition categories.
