Technical Sales Manager, EMEA With nearly two decades of experience supporting the field service organization, where he gained an extraordinary knowledge of customers throughout the Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) region, Carrier Transicold's Dean Bouch recently transitioned into a sales assignment. With 21 years of container refrigeration technical experience, Morse most recently served as reefer technical manager at a Carrier Transicold service center in Spain. His new responsibilities will be primarily focused on southern Europe, where he supports existing and new customers, as well as authorized service centers. In Boshuijer's new position, he provides aftermarket support to existing and new customers, as well as Carrier Transicold service centers in the United Kingdom, Russia and southwest Africa. Prior to this position, Catalan was the field service engineer serving customers on the west coast of South America. He joined Carrier Transicold in 2006, initially managing one of Carrier Transicold's parts depots, and later serving as a training instructor in South America. In his new role, Catalan will be responsible for providing service engineering and aftermarket support to existing and new customers as well as container service centers within the eastern U.S. and Canada, strengthening Carrier Transicold's North American service center network, while supporting Container Aftermarket Parts. In this capacity, Morales provides service engineering and aftermarket support to customers and container service centers within the region. Prior to joining Carrier Transicold, Morales had 25 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility within the container service industry, where he had the opportunity to work with various Carrier Transicold container customers operating in Chile. In his new position, Zarnoch will lead all operational aspects of the CAP business to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and customer care.
